We are Australian based company with Australian products.
All of our products are posted from our Melbourne based warehouse where all our clothing is made.

Regular postage

Regular postage within Australia can take any where between 3-7 workings days, unless otherwise advised by our team or during holiday and peak seasons.

Express Postage within Australia (Next day)

Express Post service is only available to selected regions and suburbs within Australia under Express Post Network. For more information about this service please visit Australia Post's website. For all orders confirmed before 3pm weekdays we will endeavour to post your parcel on the same day. Please do no not hesitate to contact us with any further queries, we are more than happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Shipped

Our postage costs include a handling fee but no hidden charges.

We take careful consideration when packaging your item to ensure it's journey is safe and arrives in the best condition possible.

If for any reason you believe that there is a problem with your item, please contact us immediately so we can help you resolve any problem that may have arisen.

Credits and Refunds

IC Fashion will attempt to do our best to issue you with credit note , exchange or refund upon receiving the returned items. We do not offer cash refunds, refunds will be the form of credit note, cheque or credit card refund or direct deposit into your bank account in the event an exchange is require and approved we will endeavour to send your new item out as soon as possible.
