ICfashion's return policy


1. ICfashion must receive your return within thirty (30) days from the date of despatch

2. Item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging with all product components included; items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached and in original condition, together with original proof of purchase

3. Return Advice form needs to be completed and attached with the return item(s).
Please use the contact page to obtain the RETURN ADVICE FORM or email us to get an approval code.

4. You need to pre-pay all returns postage. ICfashion recommends that you return item(s) via Australian Express bags or Australian registered post.

5. Returns for exchange or refund will be value, less postage costs (in case of "Free Postage" promotions this is capped at $9.95).

6. If you do not comply with any of these terms we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund.
